We use CCC’s Pathways software, a state of the art system with frequent updates for newer vehicles, pricing, service and technical notes. Photo imaging capabilities are fully utilized and high resolution images are provided to appraise losses quickly and with added accuracy.
Our appraisers also understand the importance
of customer relations. Damage to one’s auto naturally brings concerns and apprehension. We listen carefully, explain the process, and our administrative staff gladly
(and promptly) take any follow-up calls and resolve issues when needed.
